Suppression is the Critical Infantry Task

Overwhelming suppressive fire is critical to enable an assault element to close on an enemy position. Marine units need to learn the skills of suppressive fire, day and night. We need to publish the procedures for overwhelming suppressive fire, and then insure our units are well-trained on this critical infantry task.
